How we work

From first enquiry to a clean you can sign off.

Six steps, run the same way every time. Doesn't matter whether it's one flat before a check-out or forty communal areas on a rolling contract.

The six steps

Nothing here depends on who picks up the phone.

It's the dull, repeatable part that makes the difference. A good day's cleaning is easy. Getting the same result next month is the hard bit.

  1. Enquiry

    Tell us about the property.

Ring us, email, or fill in the quote form. We'll ask what sort of property it is, how big, how we get in, what state it's in, and what standard you need it at. Five minutes here saves a lot of hassle later on.

Answered within one working day, usually the same day.

  2. Survey & free quote

A fixed price, based on a written list.

For anything more than a straightforward one-off, we'll come and look at the property, or do it over video. You get a room-by-room list and a fixed price against it. No hourly guesswork, and no 'from' price that grows once we're through the door.

Free, no obligation, back with you inside 24 hours.

  3. Scheduling

A confirmed date and a named team.

We agree dates, access and how keys get handled, all in writing. Then we put the cleaners on it who'll be looking after the property. On a contract, that team stays with you, and you'll know who's coming before they arrive.

Keys and alarm codes handled under a written agreement.

  4. The clean

Trained, insured cleaners who work for us.

The team works through the agreed list with proper equipment and COSHH-compliant products. They're in uniform, DBS-checked and on our payroll. You won't get a different agency turning up each week.

    £5m public liability cover.

  5. Quality check

We check it against the list.

A supervisor goes through the job line by line before we close it off. You get a completion report with photos, which is what settles it when a tenant, a client or an inventory clerk starts asking questions.

Photo report on end-of-tenancy and void cleans.

  6. Follow-up

And we come back if it's not right.

We check in after the visit. If something's been missed, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and sort it, free. On ongoing contracts we sit down and review the list with you as the building's needs change.

Free re-clean within 48 hours if we've missed the mark.

Why it holds

The parts you shouldn't have to check.

Vetting, insurance and comeback aren't selling points. They're the bare minimum for letting someone into a property that isn't yours.

Vetted cleaners on our payroll

DBS-checked, reference-checked and right-to-work verified before their first shift. They're employed by us, so your property never gets handed off to an agency.

Insured and documented

£5m public liability and employer's liability cover, COSHH-compliant products, and a risk assessment and method statement on file for every site.

We come back if it's wrong

If part of a clean doesn't match what we agreed, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and put it right, free. The written list settles it, not whoever argues hardest.

You can plan around us

Confirmed slots, a named team, and notice in advance if anyone changes. Agents and landlords build their week on us, so we treat that as part of the job.

If it’s not right, we come back.

Tell us within 48 hours and we’ll sort it, free. There’s not much to argue about either way, because we wrote down what we agreed before we started. That’s the whole reason we bother writing it.

Step one

It starts with a conversation.

Tell us about the property, when you need it done and the standard it has to reach. We'll take it from there.
