Pricing
A three-bed end-of-tenancy in a bad state and one in a good state aren't the same job. Any rate we published would be wrong for one of them, so we price the property instead of the postcode.
In person or over video. We note the size, the condition, how easy it is to get around, and the standard it needs to reach. Then we write it down room by room.
Priced against that list rather than the clock. It doesn't move on the day, and if the job overruns that's our problem, not your invoice.
Carpet extraction, oven deep cleans, floor sealing, parking or waste charges all go on as their own line, agreed before we start.
